At The Executive Coaching Corner, we begin with assessing your leadership fundamentals to ensure that our clients have the foundation of what they need to guide, direct, facilitate, coach, and inspire superior performance.

We’ll give you a comprehensive leadership assessment.

We’ll assess your strengths, identify your ‘blind spots’ and what motivates you in/out of your working environment. We’ll talk about your current challenges and how you made your journey to here. Without knowledge of where you are as a leader, you cannot make the necessary adjustments to become the best leader your team (and company) deserves.

We’ll look at your past.

We are not licensed therapists, but we’ll explore the connection between your past and present behaviors. Therapists look at the present to heal the past. We’ll help you maximize the present moment. We help bring conscious behaviors leaders choose which guide people to the decisions they make as leaders, coaches, mentors, parents, and relationship partners. 

We’ll work on ‘real issues’ you are facing now.

We can do all the baseline data discovery and analyzing we want, but if it’s not applied to what you are experiencing right now, you won’t get the benefit of what we do. The real power of the work we do together is in how you put what you learn into action. We’ll have no idea what has happened since the last time we’ve spoken, but that is the benefit of working with a team who has business experience. We know what questions to ask… what the choices are in almost any business situation… and how to accelerate your performance no matter your level of experience. That is what we do best.

Everything we do together will remain confidential.

Confidentiality is the key to feeling safe and opening ourselves to new possibilities. We know that what you tell us is sensitive. We sign NDAs with every company or individual we work with. Keeping our conversations private is our priority regardless of who is paying the bill. We make it clear to our prospective clients (companies and individuals) that our sessions remain 100% confidential. We get asked all the time, “Are you expensive?” Of course, we are. We understand that you wouldn’t be getting the value you’re looking for unless your investment was worthy of the result.
